With the business number 2654 LLC 2022 and its registered office at Richmond Hill Road, P.O. Box 2897, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Kaifin LLC is a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines-based corporation. Through its registration as an international business company under the International Business Companies (Amendment and Consolidation) Act, Chapter 149 of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Revised Laws of 2009, the Company obtained authorisation for the provision of forex trading brokerage services.

As long as a license does not already exist and is not offered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Kaifin LLC is authorised to conduct forex trading brokerage services. However, this authorisation does not mean Kaifin LLC has obtained a license from the local supervisory authority.

Residents of a few countries, such as the USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, FATF High-Risk Jurisdictions, including the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Iran, and Myanmar, as well as FATF Increased Monitoring Jurisdictions, are not eligible to use Kaifin LLC's services.

Kaifin LLC engages in principal-to-principal transactions with its clients and offers execution services at Kaifin LLC prices. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority do not regulate and/or supervise CFDs anyhow.
